- Toilet clogged when only one available
- Sink clogged Kitchen
- Flood
- Fire - Call 911
- Electrical excludes interior bulbs
- Exterior security lighting
- Security
- Gas odor - Call 911
- Lock on entry door (*No LOCK OUT service provided)
- Broken windows
- Anything else considered a life safety issue.
