"Yes, I love my condo at Capriana! 

I love my kitchen - the granite counters and maple cabinets look great and the stainless GE appliances are terrific, especially the very quiet dishwasher.

It is great to have Publix, Family Dollar, Bealls Outlet, and my bank all within a 3 block radius. I love Ormond By The Sea because it is not as developed as the city of Ormond so it feels more like a little community and not a tourist place. The beach is uncrowded even on weekends and in the middle of the week I have had it all to myself.

The funny thing is when I signed the contract to buy my condo I thought I would probably sell it before I closed on it (do a simultaneous closing) but for some reason I did not try very hard to sell it, running only a couple of ads and that was it. I think somehow deep down I knew I was going to love it too much to sell it! Thank you Nickie for all your help. It was a pleasure doing business with Emmer and with you."
