Orianna Snook is a Key West Conch who has lived in Florida her entire life. She chose Gainesville as her home after graduating in 1996 from the University of Florida with a bachelor of science degree in business administration. Orianna began her career shortly after graduation working in the commercial real estate field for Butler Enterprises. In 2001, she accepted a position at The Emmer Group as the assistant controller. In under two years, she advanced to the position of controller. The Emmers saw great potential in Orianna and, over the years, expanded her role - naming her chief financial officer in 2010. In 2022, after 20 years with The Emmer Group, Orianna joined President Ryan McGriff as the chief executive officer at the company's helm. Orianna is a dedicated leader with vast knowledge of “the Emmer way” who genuinely cares about the company’s employees and customers.

A Micanopy, Florida resident, Orianna enjoys life with her husband, Ron. She’s the proud mother of two—Robert and Justine. In her free time, you’ll find her reading a good book, biking local trails, casting a line, or traveling the globe with her family.
